Hi, we are Eric and Cynthia Flynn. We have been living in Chelan for over 10 years. Cynthia is a native Washingtonian and Eric was born and raised in Kansas.
We’ve been dabbling in hard cider making for a few years. In the beginning it was apparent that we needed some formal training, which we completed. We decided to pursue our passion as a business when Lupine Vineyards partnered with us to refine our recipe. Friends and family were the willing recipients of these initial cider blends. As we vacillated whether or not to make a business of cider making, their response was an overwhelming, “Do It!!”
So here we are in our new building with our Cider with Lemon. It’s been a long and often difficult road but thanks to all the help we have received from those friends and family, we made it! So next time you are in Chelan, come in and meet us and have a taste of our cider.
